Deck overview

Selvala, Explorer Returned is an elfball-combo deck that uses parley as a mana and draw accelerant while a dense web of tutors assembles infinite loops. The primary plan is Basking Broodscale plus Rosie Cotton, making endless Eldrazi Spawn tokens that become mill via Altar of the Brood or Altar of Dementia, colorless mana for Walking Ballista, or a haste-pumped Finale of Devastation. Secondary lines use Heliod, Sun-Crowned with Essence Warden and Broodscale for infinite life/counters, or elf-druid mana loops into Staff of Domination. Selvala is an engine, not a combo piece; there is no hidden commander, and the deck can still win if she is never cast, though losing her costs the fastest parley turn.
