Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya Bear kindred and go-wide aggro list commanded by Kudo, King Among Bears. Kudo levels the battlefield by turning all other creatures into base 2/2 Bears. This makes small French-vanilla Bears inherently efficient and turns kindred anthems like Ayula, Queen Among Bears, Adaptive Automaton, and Cathars' Crusade into table-wide stat multipliers. The deck curves out with low-cost creatures and mana acceleration, establishes wide presence by Turn 4, and looks to deliver lethal finishes around Turn 6-7 using massive pump spells such as Craterhoof Behemoth, Triumph of the Hordes, and Beastmaster Ascension. It features strong one-for-one removal and an asymmetric blowout ceiling with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. However, the list lacks dedicated tutors, draw velocity, and instant-speed board protection, making it reliant on topdecks and vulnerable to timely sweepers.
