Deck overview

This Gruul deck is commanded by Roxanne, Starfall Savant, focusing on artifact token generation, explosive mana acceleration, and high-impact payoffs. Roxanne enters and attacks to generate Meteorite tokens that bolt targets for 2 damage while tapping for two mana of any color under her passive doubling ability. The deck leverages this surplus mana and artifact density to deploy overpowering threats such as Displaced Dinosaurs, turning every artifact into a 7/7 creature, or Hellkite Igniter, which swings for lethal aerial commander/creature damage. In addition to combat dominance, the list utilizes direct burn engines like Ghirapur Aether Grid, Reckless Fireweaver, and massive X-spells such as Jaya's Immolating Inferno to close out games. Interaction is robust across permanent types with flexible spells like Beast Within, Chaos Warp, and Klauth's Will. While the deck features explosive mid-game turns, it relies heavily on natural draws and Roxanne remaining on the battlefield to maintain its mana engine.
