Y'shtola Rhul - Blink by CerberusRising66

Format: Commander

Commander: Y'shtola Rhul

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Y'shtola Rhul is an end-step value engine: each first end step she adds an extra end step, and the deck multiplies that with Roaming Throne and copy effects to blink permanents repeatedly. The primary plan is to flicker Agent of Treachery every end step, stealing permanents and drawing three cards, while Chimil, Conjurer's Closet, and Palantir generate incremental advantage. Secondary paths use Astral Dragon to copy powerful noncreature permanents and Altar of the Brood to convert repeated enter-the-battlefield triggers into a mill win. Unstoppable Plan plus Strionic Resonator and Lithoform Engine forms an untap engine that, with enough mana rocks, can finish via endless flickers or a huge Summon: Bahamut. The deck is deliberate, not explosive.
