This deck is a 4-color control deck built around Jace, Multiverse Architect as a reliable Polymorph engine in the command zone. The 99 contains no small creature cards; instead, it uses noncreature token generators like Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Lingering Souls to create cheap fodder. On Turn 4, Jace enters and uses his -3 loyalty ability to transform a token into one of 18 game-warping bombs, including Blightsteel Colossus, Toxrill, the Corrosive, Archon of Cruelty, and Hullbreaker Horror. A dense suite of 2-CMC mana rocks ensures consistent mana fixing across white, blue, black, and red.
