Deck overview

This deck is a classic Grixis Pirate tribal strategy commanded by Admiral Beckett Brass. It focuses on curving out aggressive, evasive Pirates during the early turns to trigger combat effects and generate Treasure mana. Once the commander arrives, the deck leverages unblocked attacks from three or more Pirates to steal opponents' best nonland permanents every turn cycle. The deck converts this board advantage into a lethal clock using damage amplifiers such as Dire Fleet Neckbreaker, extra combats with Port Razer, and draw engines like Kindred Discovery. Its primary limitations lie in vulnerability to board sweepers and a reliance on combat connections across multiple turn rotations to close out games.
