Deck overview

This is a Golgari Squirrel-tribal deck helmed by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. The core plan is to flood the battlefield with Squirrel tokens - Chatterfang doubles every token event - and then close the game with a massive Craterhoof Behemoth or Beastmaster Ascension. A secondary drain axis (Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Nadier's Nightblade, Poison-Tip Archer) converts the swarm into table-wide damage. The deck also carries a compact infinite-mana combo: Hazel's Brewmaster exiling a Devoted Druid from the graveyard gives Foods Devoted Druid's untap ability, producing infinite green mana, which fuels The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl or Chatterfang's sacrifice. With a low curve, a deep token redundancy, and five tutors, the deck plays as a resilient mid-value engine that can pivot between fair token beatdown and a fast combo finish.
