Commander: The Ur-Dragon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Dragon-tribal battlecruiser built around The Ur-Dragon's Eminence cost reduction and attack-trigger value. The plan is to ramp into discounted Dragons, turn attacks into cards and mana through the commander's trigger, Savage Ventmaw, Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient, Old Gnawbone, and Utvara Hellkite, then close the game with a massive combat step or the Aggravated Assault infinite-combat loop. Tiamat, Dracogenesis, Ureni of the Unwritten, and Hellkite Courser provide tutoring/cheating angles, while Call the Spirit Dragons offers a slow alternate win. The mana base and ramp package are solid, but the deck has almost no cheap tutors and a thin stack suite, so its power is heavily draw-dependent.
