Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai graveyard midrange strategy led by Muldrotha, the Gravetide. It aims to build an overwhelming resource advantage by using the graveyard as a second hand. The game plan focuses on early ramp and self-mill through cards like Stitcher's Supplier and Aftermath Analyst, paving the way for a Turn 5 Muldrotha deployment. Once assembled, Muldrotha repeatedly casts lands, creatures, artifacts, and enchantments directly from the graveyard, turning temporary utility effects into permanent card advantage. The deck stabilizes against aggressive strategies using Propaganda, Baleful Strix, and broad spot removal such as Assassin's Trophy and Beast Within. It transitions into the win phase around Turn 6 by reanimating dominant threats like Grave Titan and Woodfall Primus, overrunning opponents with lethal combat damage and incremental life drain by Turn 8. Backup reanimation engines ensure the deck remains resilient even if the commander is removed.
