Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai suspend and time counters midrange deck commanded by The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler. The strategy revolves around manipulating time counters on suspended spells and permanents using the time travel mechanic. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks and deploying Rose Tyler, who grows rapidly whenever time counters enter play. Deploying The Tenth Doctor triggers continuous card exile into suspend upon attacking, which both cheats high-mana threats like Dinosaurs on a Spaceship and Star Whale into play and feeds counters into Rose Tyler. Because the deck closes the game primarily through combat steps, it relies on heavy reset buttons such as Farewell and Out of Time to stall opponents while cards tick down in exile.
