Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Black Reanimator and Big Mana Control engine commanded by Chainer, Dementia Master. The game plan revolves around rapidly filling the graveyard through targeted tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive, alongside dense self-mill from Stitcher's Supplier and Stinkweed Imp. Once the graveyard is primed, the deck leverages massive mana generation from Cabal Coffers, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx to cast Chainer and activate his ability at instant speed. Chainer repeatedly resurrects game-warping threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Sheoldred, Whispering One, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel, simultaneously decimating opposing boards and hands through forced edicts while padding your life total. Sacrifice outlets like Altar of Dementia and Phyrexian Tower protect your board from Chainer's exile trigger while feeding additional reanimation loops. The deck wins by repeatedly draining the table with Gray Merchant of Asphodel and closing out combat with high-power flying beaters.
