Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Grixis Wheels and Discard Burn strategy piloted by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin. The deck accelerates early using an efficient suite of 2-mana rocks and cost reducers before establishing punishing continuous engines such as Liliana's Caress, Megrim, Underworld Dreams, and Waste Not. Once an engine piece is in place, the deck unleashes symmetric wheel effects including Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, and Whispering Madness. Each wheel forces every opponent to discard their hand and draw seven new cards, triggering massive simultaneous bursts of 14 to 21 life loss across all opponents while generating huge mana and card advantages through Waste Not and Storm-Kiln Artist. Supported by resilient countermagic, redirection spells, and uncounterability tools like Hexing Squelcher, the deck rapidly chains wheels together or follows up with a second rotation to eliminate all three opponents by Turn 6.
