Kefka by Calnus7

Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis deck uses Kefka, Court Mage as a discard and draw engine that flips into Kefka, Ruler of Ruin to draw cards whenever opponents lose life on your turn. You flood the board with 0/1 Wizard tokens from Kuja, Mysidian Elder and Queen Brahne, then turn every noncreature spell into damage with Black Waltz No. 3, Black Mage's Rod and Fiery Inscription, amplified by Ghyrson Starn and Kuja. The primary plan is a wizard ping storm that draws your deck, but you also have wins with Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation and infinite combats via Godo plus Helm of the Host or Aggravated Assault plus Sword of Feast and Famine. Niv-Mizzet, Parun serves as a hidden commander.
