Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zimone, Mystery Unraveler leads a Simic landfall and face-down creature strategy designed to cheat game-ending permanents into play ahead of schedule. The deck uses double-landfall triggers to manifest dread and immediately flip face-down cards face up for free. This enables explosive early turns where massive threats like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, and Omniscience bypass their normal casting costs. The primary path to victory closes games through overwhelming combat damage buffed by Overwhelming Stampede and Thunderfoot Baloth, supported by token swarms from Rampaging Baloths. Alternatively, the deck can establish a soft untap lock using Brine Elemental and Vesuvan Shapeshifter.
