Betore b4 by callybear

Format: Commander

Commander: Betor, Kin to All

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck executes an Abzan high-toughness strategy built around Betor, Kin to All. The early game deploys efficient, high-toughness creatures and ramp engines to establish board control. Once the battlefield reaches 10 and 20 total toughness, Betor provides steady card draw and pseudovigilance. At 40 total toughness, Betor threatens repeated halving of opponents' life totals. The deck wins by combining life-halving effects like Betor, Tree of Perdition, Unstoppable Slasher, or Fraying Omnipotence with life-loss doubling enchantments like Wound Reflection, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, and Warlock Class at Level 3. Alternatively, it can win through lethal combat damage via toughness-based combat engines.
