Deck overview

The Jolly Balloon Man leads a proactive Boros creature-combo and enters-the-battlefield midrange strategy. The deck focuses on duplicating high-utility creatures as temporary 1/1 flying, hasty Balloon tokens for just one mana. In the early turns, it establishes mana fixing and deploys low-cost utility creatures that draw cards, fix mana, or search for key pieces. Once the commander is operational, it rapidly accelerates card flow and board presence by creating token copies of creatures like Imperial Recruiter, Spirited Companion, and Recruiter of the Guard. The deck smoothly transitions into game-ending finishes through classic infinite combos, primarily pairing Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with Felidar Guardian, Restoration Angel, or Combat Celebrant to create an arbitrarily large army of hasty attackers.
