Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers on Prosper, Tome-Bound, converting exile-based card advantage into explosive Treasure production. The strategy accelerates through cheap mana rocks on early turns to establish Prosper by turn 3 or 4. Once operational, every card played from exile generates a Treasure token, fueling an escalating chain of impulse draw effects like Light Up the Stage, Inspired Tinkering, and Jeska's Will. Mana doublers and token amplifiers such as Xorn, Academy Manufactor, and Goldspan Dragon rapidly build a massive artifact stockpile. The deck transitions into a lethal win condition around turn 6 or 7 by deploying aristocrat payoffs including Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Master, and Mayhem Devil, which weaponize each sacrificed Treasure to deal direct damage to all opponents. Alternatively, the massive mana pool fuels a game-ending Torment of Hailfire. Efficient spot removal and flexible sweepers keep opposing boards in check while you assemble your win.
