Wait, Wrong Y'shtola by Psyga315

Format: Commander

Commander: Y'shtola Rhul

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Y'shtola Rhul pilots a mono-blue blink-control list that turns her end-step flicker into repeated ETB value. At the beginning of your end step she exiles and returns a creature you control, then adds a second end step, so she double-blinks every turn. The 99 is built to feed that loop: ETB payoffs such as Ultimecia, Temporal Threat, Quistis Trepe, Edgar, King of Figaro, and the Summon sagas, plus copy spells (Rite of Replication, Relm's Sketching, Flash Photography) that multiply those bodies or even copy Y'shtola herself. A classic blue suite of counters, bounce, and stun-counter tap-down keeps the table in check while Propaganda taxes attackers. There are no infinite combos. Wins come from evasive combat once opponents' boards are frozen, from kicking Rite of Replication on a large flyer, or from a slow mill backup with The Water Crystal and Jidoor, Aristocratic Capital. The commander costs six mana, so the deck is a midrange grind, not a race deck.
