Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Mono-Black Pox and 8-Rack control list piloted by Tinybones, Trinket Thief. Its central strategy is to rapidly deplete opposing hands using dense, low-mana symmetric discard spells and persistent upkeep engines such as Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, and Oppression. Tinybones breaks the symmetry of these effects by drawing cards on end steps whenever an opponent discards, ensuring a steady stream of resources while the table starves. Once opponents are reduced to topdecking, the deck transitions into its closing phase through a combination of rack-style attrition pieces like Shrieking Affliction and Wheel of Torture alongside Tinybones's activated ability to drain 10 life per empty-handed player. High-impact attrition centerpieces like Tergrid, God of Fright, Waste Not, and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse provide overwhelming board dominance and redundancy, punishing opponents for discarding and drawing alike.
