Deck overview

This deck is a Bant Midrange Stompy strategy commanded by Mr. Foxglove, focused on weaponizing hand-size dynamics and cheating colossal creatures directly onto the battlefield. The early game establishes reliable mana acceleration through efficient 1–2 CMC ramp artifacts and sorceries. Once Mr. Foxglove enters combat, his attack trigger creates a versatile engine: refilling depleted hands against card-rich opponents or cheating powerhouse threats like Kodama of the East Tree, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, and Kalonian Hydra into play for free. The deck sustains massive card velocity through engines like Greater Good, Garruk's Uprising, and Pollywog Prodigy, rapidly assembling an insurmountable board of trampling beaters. Lethal finishes are executed through team-wide trample and power buffs from End-Raze Forerunners. Defensive spells like Dawn's Truce and Selfless Spirit shield the board from sweepers, while a robust suite of exile removal keeps opposing threats in check.
