Kotis second deck that is jank by teal

Format: Commander

Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Sultai deck built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper, a voltron-style commander whose combat damage exiles a chunk of the opponent's library and lets you cast any number of spells with mana value X or less from among them for free. The plan is to make Kotis unblockable and huge - via equipment like Chitinous Cloak and Altar of the Goyf, auras like Untamed Hunger and Cultist of the Absolute, and evasion from Cobbled Wings, Deepchannel Mentor, and Suspicious Bookcase - then chain free spells off his trigger. A deep mill subtheme (The Mindskinner, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, Nashi, Moon Sage's Scion, Eye Collector, Mind Funeral) fills graveyards to feed Altar of the Goyf and offers an alternate win. Secondary lines include Vorpal Sword's game-loss activation, Bolas's Citadel, and Worldslayer plus indestructible.
