Deck overview

This four-color Commander deck utilizes the partner pairing of Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan to assemble an aggressive +1/+1 counters engine. The deck accelerates in the early turns using mana dorks that scale with counters, such as Bloom Tender and Incubation Druid. By Turn 4, it deploys Ishai alongside powerful counter multipliers like Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace. Ishai grows rapidly off opposing spell casts, creating a massive aerial threat by Turn 5. The deck transitions into a rapid multi-turn clock by granting its enlarged creatures evasion through Herald of Secret Streams and Abzan Falconer, eliminating opponents one by one through Turn 7. Robust protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Ripples of Potential safeguard the board against wipes, while Reyhan ensures counters migrate to surviving creatures if removal resolves.
