Deck overview

This Gruul stompy deck leverages Slinza, the Spiked Stampede to lead an aggressive Beast typal strategy. Early turns focus on accelerating mana via efficient land ramp and artifacts. On Turn 4, casting Slinza reduces the casting cost of all subsequent Beast spells by two mana, grants +1/+1 counters to entering Beasts, and converts high-power creature entries into targeted fight triggers. The deck quickly builds a dominant board on Turn 5 by chaining discounted threats into power-based card advantage engines such as Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising.
