Deck overview

This Rhys the Redeemed deck is a focused Selesnya go-wide token strategy that leverages exponential token generation and anthems to overwhelm opponents. The deck curve begins with early mana ramp and low-cost utility creatures, setting up mid-game token generators like Felidar Retreat, Tendershoot Dryad, and Scute Swarm. Rhys acts as both an early token maker and a potent late-game doubler. The deck reaches a must-answer state around Turn 6, utilizing mass pump effects like Overwhelming Stampede or alternate win conditions such as Halo Fountain to eliminate the table on Turn 7. Supporting lines include an incidental infinite token combo between Rosie Cotton of South Lane and Scurry Oak. While the deck boasts high redundancy among token generators and decent board protection, it remains susceptible to mass exile sweeps and lacks stack interaction against faster combo decks.
