Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Token Polymorph Control strategy led by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan revolves around generating disposable creature tokens in the early game using low-cost enchantments and artifacts like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller. Once mana is established, the deck casts Jace and immediately uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and flip directly into one of 20 massive, game-warping creatures and planeswalkers, such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and Darksteel Angel. Supported by a dense suite of 2-mana signets and talismans, defensive pillowfort pieces like Propaganda and Authority of the Consuls, and mass polymorph backups like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny, the deck overwhelms the table through sheer permanent quality and devastating combat triggers.
