Deck overview

This deck is a high-power non-green Control deck piloted by Jace, Multiverse Architect. Utilizing Jace's repeatable −3 loyalty ability alongside redundant polymorph effects, the primary strategy cheats devastating nonland game-enders directly from the library onto the battlefield as early as turn 4. The 99 includes an efficient token engine designed to fuel polymorph activations without needing hardcast creature ramp. Free interaction and efficient counterspells protect the setup, while Jace's combat tax deters counterattacks. Once a dominant threat like Toxrill, Jin-Gitaxias, or Hullbreaker Horror lands, the deck transitions into board suppression, closing out the table with overwhelming combat damage, continuous attrition, or an immediate game-ending infinite combo between Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror.
