Efficient mono-blue combo-control that uses Sakashima of a Thousand Faces as a copy piece for its wizard engine. Orvar, the All-Form acts as a hidden commander, multiplying the value of targeted instants and sorceries. The primary plan is to assemble Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal or High Tide + Palinchron + Panharmonicon, convert the loop into infinite mana and storm, and win with Brain Freeze. Secondary beats come from repeated ETB triggers via Displacer Kitten and Ghostly Flicker, with Altar of the Brood as an alternate mill finish. Sakashima makes duplicate legendaries safe and boosts consistency, but the engine does not require the commander.
