Deck overview

This is a landfall-value Omnath deck that buries opponents in triggers. The primary plan is to play more than one land each turn, stacking landfall payoffs like Tatyova, Aesi, Lotus Cobra, and the commander himself. The commander acts as a draw engine on entry, then each turn his first three landfall triggers gain life, add RGWU, and deal 4 to each opponent; the third trigger is a repeatable burn clock. Secondary paths include a token army from Avenger of Zendikar, Felidar Retreat, Scute Swarm, and Omnath, Locus of Rage, plus a landfall extra-combat kill with Moraug. Omnath, Locus of Rage in the 99 serves as an effective hidden commander, rewarding land death and Elemental tokens.
