Deck overview

This is an Esper discard-matters Zombie tribal deck helmed by Hashaton, Scarab's Fist. The commander converts every discarded creature card into a tapped 4/4 black Zombie token for {2}{U}, turning the deck's dense looting suite into a factory of free beaters. The 99 is packed with repeatable draw-and-discard outlets - Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator, Kitsa, Otterball Elite, Likeness Looter, Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel, Varina, Lich Queen, Raffine, Scheming Seer, and Forgotten Creation - that feed both Hashaton and the graveyard. The deck wins primarily through an overwhelming zombie swarm amplified by lords like Death Baron, Diregraf Captain, Temmet, Naktamun's Will, and Gleaming Overseer, backed by Life-drain triggers and the mass-reanimation finishers Living Death, Victimize, and Rot Hulk. The Scarab God and Rooftop Storm provide grindy inevitability and free-casting depth.
