Deck overview

Helmed by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut, this is a Boros artifact-Food value deck that grinds the table down with repeatable, table-wide burn. Ragost turns every artifact into a Food, and his activated ability converts a sacrificed Food into 3 damage to each opponent - a slow but scalable clock that accelerates with untap effects and damage doublers. The 99 is built around token multiplication: Academy Manufactor, Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, and Stridehangar Automaton mass-produce Food/Clue/Treasure/Thopter tokens that feed Ragost, Reckless Fireweaver, and Ingenious Artillerist, or swing as a swarm under Gratuitous Violence and Mechanized Warfare. Life-gain payoffs - The Gaffer, Haliya, Guided by Light, Well of Lost Dreams, and Basilisk Collar on Ragost - keep the hand full while sacrifice fodder replenishes. There is no compact infinite combo; the win is sustained burn plus token combat.
