great goblin (brewing) by MayoIsMyFavo

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Rakdos deck combines the amass mechanic with goblin aristocrats. The primary plan is to grow a single Army and a wide goblin board, then convert each death into table-wide life loss. The Great Goblin is the glue: every time counters are placed on a Goblin, Orc, or Army it pings an opponent, and every dying Goblin/Orc/Army exiles a card for continued fuel. Secondary paths go wide with Krenko, Mob Boss and go tall with Assault on Osgiliath. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built solely around The Great Goblin and its counter/death triggers. Most games end by sacrificing a huge goblin swarm to Skirk Prospector with Bastion of Remembrance or Boggart Mischief in play.
