Deck overview

Teval, Arbiter of Virtue is the fuel valve of a Sultai self-mill deck. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with Hermit Druid, Sidisi, Hedron Crab, and attack-trigger mill, then convert those cards into mana with the commander's delve and replay them with Muldrotha, Lier, Six, or Volrath's Stronghold. The cleanest kill is Tombstone Stairwell: at each upkeep it creates a hasty 2/2 for every creature card in the graveyard, and when those tokens die, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Mirkwood Bats drain all opponents. Backup wins are Craterhoof Behemoth over the zombie token horde and a copied Exsanguinate after Stensian Sanguinist attacks. The second Teval, the Balanced Scale works as a hidden commander, adding zombies and recurring lands.
