This list is an Izzet competitive storm combo deck built around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as an engine piece, mana ritual, and win condition in the command zone. By attaching damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, every noncreature spell cast deals 1 damage to each opponent and draws three cards. This immediately cascades through the library, fueled by Vivi's {0} activated ability which generates mana equal to its power. The deck either burns out the table across forty noncreature casts or executes the classic Underworld Breach, Brain Freeze, and Thassa's Oracle combination. A dense suite of zero-mana acceleration and free protective counterspells ensures high operational velocity and shielding against opposing interaction.
