Deck overview

Ozai, the Phoenix King commands a high-velocity Rakdos big-mana strategy that converts volatile firebending combat mana into persistent red mana pools. By attacking with Ozai and complementary firebenders, you generate large mana reserves that never empty between phases, while also giving Ozai flying and indestructible once you float six or more mana. You accelerate this surplus with burst rituals like Mana Geyser, Seething Song, and Doubling Cube. Finally, you channel these massive mana reserves into lethal multi-target burn spells like Crackle with Power, Comet Storm, Torment of Hailfire, and Exsanguinate, or convert them into infinite combat loops via Aggravated Assault and Hellkite Charger.
