Deck overview

This is a Jeskai combat deck centered on Sonic the Hedgehog. Its creatures mostly have haste or flash, allowing Sonic the Hedgehog to place counters during attacks and build a modified-creature board. Loyal Apprentice supplies recurring Thopters, while Military Intelligence, Bident of Thassa, and Aurelia, the Law Above convert attacks into cards or damage. Arthur, Marigold Knight and Aurelia, the Warleader provide additional combat pressure, and Thundering Raiju rewards the counter and Equipment theme. The deck has functional interaction and several protection effects, but its mana acceleration is moderate and its access is mostly natural draws. It does not contain tutors or a deterministic compact win. Its normal game plan assembles around Turn 6, creates a meaningful must-answer board around Turn 8 or later, and then attacks repeatedly. It can win through combat in favorable games, but it cannot reliably finish all three opponents on a defined ordinary clock.
