Deck overview

Muldrotha, the Gravetide leads a Sultai self-mill value deck that plans to fill its graveyard and use her to replay every permanent type each turn. The primary plan is incremental: recur fetchlands and permanents, trigger Field of the Dead, and turn graveyard mass into a board via Living Death, Sheoldred // The True Scriptures, or Portal to Phyrexia. Secondary paths include stealing key creatures with Gilded Drake and stripping hands with Mindslicer. The commander is the engine, but backup reanimation from Emry, Lumra, and The Soul Stone softens dependence. No hidden commander exists; the single face is central. The list is a grindy midrange build, not a fast combo deck.
