Deck overview

This mono-white deck focuses on Angel tribal synergies and lifegain triggers led by Lyra, Archangel of Dawn. The strategy curves low-cost lifegain enablers such as Soul Warden, Bishop of Wings, and Giada, Font of Hope into a Turn 3 commander cast. Once assembled, every lifegain instance places +1/+1 counters on all controlled Angels, rapidly scaling an evasive aerial army. High-impact threats like Resplendent Angel, Lyra Dawnbringer, and Sephara, Sky's Blade present a lethal clock by Turn 5. The deck protects its board through cards like Mother of Runes, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, and Bishop of Wings, while running efficient removal including Swords to Plowshares and flexible modal sweepers like Austere Command. While vulnerable to mass exile effects and lacking stack interaction, the deck overwhelms opponents with immense aerial pressure and life total disparity.
