Deck overview

Dain of the Ancient Halls is a hasted commander who converts Dwarf count into damage to each opponent, so the deck is built around maximizing that number before combat. It deploys cheap Legendary Dwarves, Dwarf tokens, and Equipment, using Storied bonuses for card draw and ward. The primary plan is a single lethal attack with 14+ Dwarves; the secondary path is a go-wide Equipment/anthem beatdown. Bofur, Rootborn Defenses, and Duty Beyond Death protect the decisive swing. There is no hidden commander; both the Adventure and populate cards exist to support Dain's attack trigger rather than an alternate combo. The same Dwarf density powers Balin, Loremaster's burst damage if the game goes long.
