Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Rakdos combat-drain strategy led by Ingris Stingerquill. Ingris turns every attacking creature into an immediate source of noncombat damage dealt directly to each opponent. When combined with lifelink granters like Shadowspear and Whip of Erebos, each combat step creates large life swings. The deck converts opponent life loss into explosive mana acceleration through Neheb, the Eternal and Rakdos, Lord of Riots, and into card advantage through Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin and Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor. The primary route to victory chains additional combat phases with Relentless Assault, Overpowering Attack, and Full Throttle to multiply attack triggers. Alternatively, the deck can assemble an infinite drain combo using Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror paired with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or South Wind Avatar. It recovers rapidly through cheap reanimation spells.
