Deck overview

This deck is a Boros lifegain midrange strategy led by Bre of Clan Stoutarm. It establishes an early board presence using low-cost lifegain enablers like Soul Warden and Guide of Souls alongside scaling threats such as Ajani's Pridemate and Voice of the Blessed. Once Bre enters the battlefield, any life gained during the turn triggers an end-step ability that exiles cards from the top of the library until hitting a nonland card, casting it for free if enough life was gained or placing it directly into hand. This creates a powerful card advantage and tempo engine that outvalues opponents. The deck converts inflated life totals into game-winning pressure through massive evasive beaters, army-wide pumps from Nykthos Paragon and Qala, Ajani's Pridemate, or decisive finishers like Akroma's Will and Felidar Sovereign. Supported by Sunforger to tutor instant-speed protection and removal, the deck maintains resilience against removal while closing games through combat.
