Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is helmed by Urza, Lord High Artificer and focuses on artifact mana acceleration, control, and compact combo finishes. Urza turns every cheap artifact into a mana generator and provides an infinite mana outlet from the command zone. The deck controls the game using efficient blue interaction like Fierce Guardianship, Counterspell, and Cyclonic Rift while setting up its primary win condition: Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. With Urza and three or more artifacts in play, this pair creates infinite mana and infinite untap triggers. Urza then exiles and casts the entire library, leading to a game-winning board state where Memnarch steals all opposing permanents, creating a total lockout. Backup lines like Mystic Forge with Sensei's Divining Top and Hullbreaker Horror loops ensure that the deck can secure victory even if primary pieces face targeted disruption.
