Gotauia's -1/1 counter Aunty Ool Deck by DustinXP

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch leads a Jund -1/-1 counter deck that turns every counter placed on any creature into card advantage, life loss, and token generation. The primary plan is to establish a counter engine-Hapatra, Nest of Scarabs, Flourishing Defenses, or Blowfly Infestation-then use wither creatures, black sorceries, and proliferate effects to spread counters and drain opponents. The commander is a draw engine and removal magnet, but the deck can function without her through The Scorpion God, Archfiend of Ifnir, and Massacre Girl. Secondary paths include a Blowfly Infestation + Flourishing Defenses + Hapatra/Nest of Scarabs infinite loop and a Tree of Perdition + Vraska ultimate combo. The hidden commander is Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, whose snake generation amplifies every counter trigger.
