Deck overview

This Atraxa, Praetors' Voice deck wins without combat. It uses proliferate and counter-doubling to reach alternate win conditions: Helix Pinnacle (100 tower counters), Darksteel Reactor (20 charge counters), Azor's Elocutors (5 upkeep counters), The Millennium Calendar (1,000 time counters), and infinite turns with Magistrate's Scepter. Atraxa provides a free proliferate each end step, but the deck runs many redundant proliferate engines. A dense stax and pillow-fort shell (Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, Drannith Magistrate, Cursed Totem) buys time while you assemble the counter engine and protect it with shroud, hexproof, and free counterspells.
