Vivi burns by Beejus15

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier is a fast-paced, noncreature-spell-driven burn machine. The core plan is to deploy cheap pingers like Guttersnipe and Firebrand Archer, then chain instants and sorceries to drain all opponents while rapidly growing Vivi into a potent mana engine. The commander's activated ability (add mana equal to its power) fuels ever-bigger turns, and cards like Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell triple or amplify each pinger's damage. A secondary, more resilient win condition is the infinite-damage loop formed by Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, which can be tutored directly via Mystical Tutor. The deck relies on a dense stack of counterspells and instant-speed removal to protect its winning turns.
