Shire... Baggins... by PerfectMan34

Format: Commander

Commander: Lord of the Nazgûl

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul is the engine: every instant or sorcery turns into a 3/3 menace Wraith, and the deck aims to hit nine Wraiths so they become 9/9s. The real supporting package is the nine Nazgul-they count as Wraiths, and each Ring-tempt trigger spreads +1/+1 counters over the swarm. A dense shell of cantrips, tutors, and draw spells keeps the spells flowing. Secondary paths include Shark Typhoon and Homunculus Horde token generation, plus Nanogene Conversion to turn the board into extra Lords. The finish is usually a single untap-step alpha strike, sometimes after Cyclonic Rift or Raise the Palisade clears blockers.
