Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Temur storm and landfall engine commanded by Flubs, the Fool. The strategy turns the drawback of an empty hand into continuous card advantage. By emptying the hand quickly, every land drop and spell cast triggers Flubs to draw a new card. Cards like Containment Construct, Conspiracy Theorist, and Eruth, Tormented Prophet turn discards and draws into impulse exile zones, preventing dead draws and enabling explosive turns. Mana velocity is accelerated by extra land drops from Flubs, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, and cost-reducers like Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius. The deck converts rapid spellcasting and land drops into victory through paradox burn damage from Passionate Archaeologist, Flaming Tyrannosaurus, and Shadow of the Goblin, or by swarming the board with Scute Swarm and Avenger of Zendikar. Graveyard recursion from Six and Eternal Witness provides long-term resilience against board wipes.
