Draconic Destruction by user4297224

Deck overview

This is a Gruul Dragon tribal midrange list helmed by Atarka, World Render. The plan is to ramp, discount Dragon spells, and flood the board with flyers, then drop Atarka so every attacking Dragon gains double strike. Her own flying and trample, plus Garruk's Uprising and Crucible of Fire, turn a modest air force into a table-wide clock. Backup pressure comes from ETB burn on Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas, tokens from Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and treasure cascades off Old Gnawbone or Ancient Copper Dragon. There are no infinite combos and no alternate win cards; every line is combat or burn. Atarka is a closer, not an engine-the 99 is a self-contained Dragon suite with cost reducers, haste enablers, and power-matter draw that still attacks if she never resolves. At seven mana with almost no recast support, she is usually the late-game alpha rather than a turn-four play.
