Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages lifegain triggers, aristocrats attrition, and infinite drain combos to control the board and eliminate opponents. Built around Niv-Mizzet, Ghost Counsel, the deck converts lifegain into card advantage while draining opposing life totals. The primary win condition combines Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Sanguine Bond or Enduring Tenacity to establish an immediate lethal loop. Supporting engines like Bolas's Citadel, Necropotence, and Aetherflux Reservoir provide massive card velocity and burst damage. Defensive interaction like Silence and Flawless Maneuver protects combo turns, while Grave Pact and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse tax opposing resources.
