Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint leads a Rakdos outlaw and theft-midrange strategy. The deck deploys an aggressive curve of Rogues, Mercenaries, Pirates, and Warlocks to rapidly increase outlaw counts. At your upkeep, your commander exiles the top cards of opponents libraries, enabling you to cast their spells with full mana fixing. Value engines like Prosper, Tome-Bound and Gonti, Night Minister generate massive Treasure advantages from casting exiled cards. Without infinite combos, you secure victory by burning the table with Passionate Archaeologist, draining life through Rakish Crew, generating large boards with Gisa, the Hellraiser, and beating opponents down with their own high-impact threats.
