Deck overview

This is a five-color legendary-tutor deck built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain as a repeatable battlefield tutor. The primary plan is to put cheap legendary permanents such as Radha or Ayli on the battlefield to raise Sisay's power, then chain activations into Tifa, Sidisi, Linvala, or Chandra. Captain Sisay acts as a hidden second commander and Demonic Tutor finds the few nonlegendary pieces like Coalition Victory. Secondary wins come from Tifa's extra combat with Leatherhead's pump, and from grinding value with Monarch, planeswalkers, and recursive threats. The commander is the engine rather than the finisher; the deck's fastest clean line is Coalition Victory once all five basics and creature colors are assembled.
